We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Team Member to join the friendly team at our factory in Ashby (LE65 2BS).
Working hours
The working hours for the role are 24 hours across the weekend - Sat/Sun night 1800-0600 and Sat/Sun 0600-1800 rotating weekly and 32 hours midweek every other week - the midweek hours follow a rotating shift and so you will complete 4 days on that shift so it will be either nights, afternoons or mornings and you will have a rota for the year planning this out.

ATM/ Equipment owners are responsible for the following tasks:
- Effectively contribute to improved line performance and efficiencies
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping, health & safety and hygiene standards
- Resolving running problems/issues
- Carrying out all testing procedure for product as and when required
- Ensuring all stages of work are checked against quality standards
- Fully engaging with the IWS ways of working principles
- Subject matter expert on your piece of equipment
- Ensuring that the equipment is maintained in optimal operating condition
- Using daily management systems and problem-solving tools to resolve issues, reduce losses, reduce waste, and identify and implement improvements
- Training and coaching colleagues to run and maintain your piece of equipment
- Communicating with team and maintain Shift Board

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within manufacturing or the food industry (highly desirable)
- Level 2 in Food Safety for Manufacturing (desirable, although bespoke training is provided)
- A good standard of literacy and numeracy
- The ability to take ownership and accountability
- The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team
