We are looking for a Customer Assistant to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and an ability to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with assistance.
- Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer complaints.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.00-£11.50 per hour
