North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust are seeking a positive, highly motivated and quality-driven individual to join their Flexible Staffing Service team (FSS) to deliver temporary staffing solutions to managers and staff across the organisation, for a period of Maternity Cover.
The Flexible Staffing Service operates from 8:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday. You will be required to be available to work within these hours. Agile working available on weekdays.
The successful applicant will support managers to fill their temporary staffing needs and act as a first point of contact for temporary workers, recruitment agencies and managers. They will work closely with the wider FSS team to gain detailed knowledge of all Flexible Staffing policies and procedures in order to provide cross-cover and work positively towards the development and success of the service.

The successful applicant will need to be well organised, proactive, possess excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
An understanding of working within a flexible staffing team would be valuable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
