As Radisson Hotel Group continues its expansion of the UK AR Hub, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Credit Controller to join our team and support the Head of Credit & Collections with the timely collection of fee debts across the EMEA region.

Whilst based within our Area Support Office at Radisson Blu Manchester Airport, this is very much a hybrid role with the flexibility to work between the office and your home.

The role:

  • Collaborate closely with our outsourced accounting partner to allocate all incoming payments daily, leaving no stone unturned. Your keen eye for detail will enable you to handle any discrepancies while maintaining a transparent audit trail promptly and professionally for all debtor accounts.
  • Take charge of our aged debtor ledger, reviewing it daily and actively chasing any past-due debts to maximize the cash collection. Your primary focus will be on preventing accounts from falling past due by diligently following up on current invoices. Your dedication will help us maintain strong financial stability.

  • Foster close relationships with our Area Leads and Head of Credit to ensure effective escalations to maximizing collections and promptly resolving any disputes. Your proactive approach will be key to our success.
  • Keep a close eye on unallocated payments, working diligently to minimize them. You will ensure that funds are correctly allocated or promptly returned, showcasing your commitment to financial accuracy.

  • Prepare a comprehensive month-end review pack for all hotels under your responsibility. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will shine as you lead monthly credit meetings, aligning everyone on shared priorities.
  • Be a key advocate for financial protection within the company, openly addressing any concerns or problematic accounts. You will follow the escalation process diligently, ensuring our interests are safeguarded.
  • Embrace a centralized methodology that focuses on removing duplication and simplifying processes in line with our central accounts receivable approach. Your open mindset will drive positive change and adaptability to new technologies.


You are:

You have:

✔️ A proven track record in an accounts receivable role environment, showcasing your expertise and accomplishments.

✔️ Previous experience in credit card reconciliation, demonstrating your ability to handle complex financial transactions.

✔️ Great knowledge of the full OTC (Order-to-Cash) cycle, enabling you to navigate and optimize our credit control processes.

✔️ Sound working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, empowering you to leverage these tools effectively.

✔️ Past experience is credit checking/risk management is desirable.
