About the role
Our Data, Quality and Process Team is looking to recruit a new talented member. This role is part of our operations team and involves undertaking analysis and reporting of operational insight, performance, processes and quality measures, across many platforms. Further to this leading on the continuous improvement activity of data collection, data quality and stakeholder experiences of data processes. In turn ensure we deliver accurate insight to our stakeholders as and when they need it to inform operational decision making.
In this role you will also support the development and maintenance of our data, quality frameworks and dashboards for analysis of the operational workflows, performance, processes and impact.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have strong analytical experience. Be a self-starter who can work as part of a team and independently. Have strong initiative and ability to learn new systems. Have a positive, can-do attitude and be adaptable to working in a changing environment. We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
- Excellent IT skills and in particular Excel to an advanced level.
- A working knowledge of Power Query or PowerBI systems or other technical analysis tools would be also be desirable.
- Experience of creating operational visual tools, dashboards and reports.
- Experience in analysing and reporting data and insight.
- Analytical skills to manage and resolve complex and ongoing data integrity issues.
- A high level of numeracy and attention to detail.
- Great communication skills and experience in stakeholder collaboration.
