Job description
Effectively manage the resources within the Centre to achieve the required business objectives including sales volumes, profitability, employee satisfaction and loyalty levels and maintain the culture of excellent customer service and customer delight.
Develop a culture of exceptional performance through regular communication, team building and coaching with the management team and employees of the Centre.
Communicate and maintain customer service standards and Brand Quality Management requirements, whilst also providing clear leadership, ensuring the vision and objectives of the Group are "living" within your business.
Ensure the franchise operating standards, policies, procedures and financial controls are regularly monitored and reviewed in order to maximise the business performance.
Previous high turnover experience is essential
5 years’ stable, successful and proven Head of Business / General Manager experience
Full UK Driving Licence
Premium or Prestige brand experience
