Administrator / Executive Assistant - Pay range 40,000-50,000

Immediate start!

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm

In this role you will be the anchor in a very busy office department. Our client is a leader within hedge fund and investment firms and due to recent growth, they are looking for an experienced individual to join their dedicated team.

This is a fantastic role for someone who likes dealing with high pressure situations and is not shy of working both as a team player and an individual, where it matters. The office is of a corporate setting within the heart of Central London

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Partnering with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office

Diary Management - booking meetings, functions and appointments for respected shareholders and senior management

  • Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries

· Phone call and customer service where needed

· Assist Accountants with invoices where needed

· Ordering stationery where needed

Experience required:-

Administration / microsoft office - 3 years

Executive assistant - 2 years or above

Work Experience of working within financial services, asset or wealth management

Excellent communication between other co-workers and shareholders

Excellent time management and organisational skills
