This is an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated administrator to join the Clinical Liaison Services Team in the Peninsula Dental School.
The Clinical Liaison Services Team provides the interface between clinicians and the wider healthcare community to ensure the successful delivery of several programmes including medicine and dental programmes. We are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated, well organised individual to take up the post of Administrator (Dental). You will support the delivery of student timetabling, room bookings and oversee the student timetables. You will also support the Senior Clinical Liaison Administrator with Specialist Care visits including planning, quality assurance and student experience. You will be expected to liaise with providers, academics, consultants, internal teams and build good rapport along with providing excellent customer service.
You will need experience of office administration, good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, have excellent attention to detail skills, be an effective communicator and have the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Requirements for the role are set out in the job description.
The post will be located at the John Bull Building, Plymouth Science Park, Derriford, Plymouth.

This is a permanent contract working 37 hours per week. The team has informal arrangements for partial remote working and we are happy to discuss this with interested applicants.
