Job description
We are seeking a highly organised and self-sufficient individual to join our Operations Team as a part-time administrator. This role is remote and requires working from home, 25 hours per week. We offer flexibility with the hours however must be available to work Mondays and Tuesdays.
The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting time sheets, data entry and general administrative support. Computer set up and phone will be supplied.
Responsibilities
- Accurately inputting timesheets onto our system
- Filing time sheets and ensuring all paperwork is up to date
- Creating invoice packs for our clients
- Ensuring data entry is accurate for our internal systems
- Handling live data
- Performing other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently
- Good communication skills to liaise with staff and clients
- Must have a reliable internet connection to work from home
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is desirable, but not essential
- Must be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested which includes you being able to supply a full 5-year work/education history
- Must be available to work Mondays and Tuesday with flexible hours for the remaining days
