Our company is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for our office in Hove. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is capable of completing a variety of clerical duties, from heavy phone communication to document creation and distribution. Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen telephone calls.
- File documents.
- Handle correspondence.
- Type documents, reports, and letters.
- Make and confirm appointments..
- Do initial clerical work in support of projects.
- Collect, sort, and distribute mail.
- Answer general information requests.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: From £11.00 per hour
