GSM Electrical Fife Limited – Administrator
The HR Booth are delighted to be recruiting an Administrator to join GSM Electrical Fife Limited on a permanent basis. The role is based in Dalgety Bay, Fife. Working as part of a small team, the successful applicant will need to bring a willingness to learn, develop and be solutions minded.
About the Company:
GSM are a long-established modern business based in Fife trading throughout Scotland. The company undertake all electrical work in the domestic, commercial, and industrial markets carrying out all aspects of design, installation, maintenance, testing and fault diagnosis.
As an Administrator your key responsibilities will include:
- Being the face of the company and greeting customers
- Taking incoming telephone calls and recording information
- Liaising with different departments
- Responding and sending emails
- Taking customer bookings
- General administrative duties i.e., filing, photocopying, data entry, collating information and updating jobs
Person requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail and organised
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Shows initiative and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Good time management skills
