Our client is looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience in paid media
- Is an expert in Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Ads
- Has strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Has the ability to manage their own workload and expectations
- Is comfortable reading and interpreting data and using it to support hypotheses and prioritisation
- Is able to work in a team or alone and effectively collaborate to achieve common goals
- Has the ability to self-manage competing workloads & effectively prioritise
- Has a passion for the digital marketing industry and its best practices
- Thrives in a fast start-up environment
- Has the courage to fail, analyse and improve
- Makes decisions based on data & first principles
- Is looking to learn & develop themselves
- Has the ability to both bring and execute new ideas
A few pluses:
- A solid knowledge of Google Analytics (UA & GA4), and Google Tag Manager is desirable
- Experience working in e-commerce & Shopify is a plus but not essential
About the role
Our client is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join their growing marketing team! You’ll need to be a strategic and creative thinker with a passion for building and delivering innovative and impactful paid marketing campaigns. You’ll get to work across all their digital channels, but your main focus will be Paid Search and Paid Social.
On your day to day, you will:
- Own and execute their Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns as part of their overall Digital Acquisition & Conversion Strategy
- Work with the Head of Marketing to deliver Brand Campaigns that are joined up and on-point for their target audiences
- Conducting keyword research, creating ad groups and campaigns, and writing compelling ad copy
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, making data-driven optimisations to improve results
- Collaborating with the cross-functional team, including, content and web development, to ensure seamless implementation of campaigns.
- Effectively present the data back with the team with actionable insights
- Share successes, failures and opportunities
- Attend and influence marketing strategy meetings
