South London Shutters are looking for an Administrator to join our small team on a remote basis, Monday – Friday. While the job is remote, you will be required to attend occasional in-person meetings in Balham with the director.
Duties include:
- Manage the email inbox and respond to customer enquiries
- Calculate and send out quotes to customers
- Manage the diary and arrange surveys/installations
- Update customers on the progress of their order
- Manage the finances on Xero (create invoices, ensure invoices are paid on time etc.)
- Keep spreadsheets up to date
- Answer calls
- Liaise with our supplier
- Place orders on our supplier portal
- Keep up to date with deliveries
- Create content for our social media
- Keep website up to date
Requirements:
- At least three years experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Great customer service skills
- Confident on the telephone
- Ideally based close to Balham or surrounding areas
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: From £350.00 per week
