Job description

South London Shutters provide and fit made to measure plantation shutters in South London. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer reviews and high-quality products and services.

South London Shutters are looking for an Administrator to join our small team on a remote basis, Monday – Friday. While the job is remote, you will be required to attend occasional in-person meetings in Balham with the director.

Duties include:

  • Manage the email inbox and respond to customer enquiries
  • Calculate and send out quotes to customers
  • Manage the diary and arrange surveys/installations
  • Update customers on the progress of their order
  • Manage the finances on Xero (create invoices, ensure invoices are paid on time etc.)
  • Keep spreadsheets up to date
  • Answer calls
  • Liaise with our supplier
  • Place orders on our supplier portal
  • Keep up to date with deliveries
  • Create content for our social media
  • Keep website up to date

Requirements:

  • At least three years experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Great customer service skills
  • Confident on the telephone
  • Ideally based close to Balham or surrounding areas

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: From £350.00 per week
