Our client in Park Gate is looking to grow their legal team that focussess on Property law. As a Paralegal or looking to join as a Trainee Solicitor, the role would focus on residential and commercial law.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare legal documents
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Collaborate legal professionals
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area
- Maintain client confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Law degree or conversion
- Experience in Property Law or looking to develop this knowledge further.
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to the practice area
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
