Cleveland Clinic London is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Staff Nurse to join our Nursing Team with a competitive salary range on offer, from £36,000 per annum.

What are we looking for?
Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Staff Nurse to join our Nursing team.
As a Staff Nurse in our team, you will work as a part of a specialist team to provide safe, effective, efficient care for patients and relatives.
Role information
This is a full time, permanent position would require the post holder to work up to 37.5 hours per week.
This is a Monday-Sunday, Days/Nights/Weekends role - as per the Departmental rota.

The starting salary on offer for this opportunity would be £36,000 and would be dependent upon experience and competencies against the role requirements.
What will your duties include:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with CCL’s established policies, procedures and protocols.
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes
- Adhere to the NMC code of conduct and acts as the patient advocate at all times.
- Participate effectively at the Quality improvements initiatives for the ward ensures that the Ward KPI’s are achieved and are aligned with CCL quality standards.
What we need from you:
- Nursing Bachelor’s Degree.
- ILS provider course completed and qualification in required upon hire, or within 3 months of hire.
- Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) required, with no restrictions to practice.
- Must be willing to undertake relevant post-registration courses and training/education.
