CSH is one of the 11 health and social care providers who are known as the Surrey Heartlands Health and Care Partnership. We work together to improve care across the Surrey Downs, North West Surrey and Guildford & Waverley areas.
What you’ll be responsible for:
· Co-ordinate correspondence for the team and provide administrative support to ensure effective service delivery
· Act as a central point of contact for the team when dealing with members of the public / outside agencies / other hospitals
· Input data on computer systems and provide statistics when required
· UCR already provide a seven-day service and as we progress into a Shared Point of Access and integration with Social Care we will expect the post holder to be part of this service

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
· Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
· Microsoft office skills- Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
· Extensive experience of spreadsheet, database, email and presentation computer packages
· Experience of accessing the internet
· Previous experience of working within an office environment
· Good working knowledge of administrative and secretarial practice
