Ferns Surfacing are currently looking for an Administrator to work in our commercial department, based in rural Maidstone. This is a hybrid role, office and home based.
We are looking for a new team member who is positive, self-motivated, and conscientious, to join our busy, small and friendly team. You will be providing vital administration support to enable our commercial teams to carry out reinstatement repairs in partnership with our clients, across the South-East.
Previous experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Job Role
- Administration of reinstatement works information through to completion
- Liaising with key clients
- Reviewing photos of works, and auditing measures
- Ensuring works procedures and measures are recorded within the deadline in accordance with local council requirements

Working Hours:
We are looking for a candidate happy to work in the office during the week and at least one day at the weekends. Weekday working will be based in the office, and weekend working will be working from home.
Working patterns available:
1.Working three days Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm + Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm from home. OR
2.Working four days Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm + Saturday OR Sunday 9am to 5pm from home.
