Job description
Carbon60 are currently looking for a Administrator to work on a contract basis for a client of ours based in Belfast. Our client is a large pump manufacturing company who are dominating the clean and waste water industries.
This Administrator position is on a contract basis that will last around a year with possibility of extension or going permanent.
Duties Include:
- Computer literate with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Etc....).
- Training will be provided for other operating systems outside of general scope.
- Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
- Quoting to customers.
- Ordering of parts.
- Booking in of deliveries and parts completing the process.
- Coordinating schedules, distributing memos, reports and information.
- Operating copy equipment, printers or other equipment as necessary within the office environment.
This is a Monday - Friday position working standard hours.
