About the role:
The Faculty of Science and Engineering is sector-leading in the development and provision of Degree Apprenticeships. Based in Chelmsford or Cambridge, the Faculty delivers Degree Apprenticeships in various subjects, such as Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Town Planning, Data Science, Laboratory Science and Hearing Aid Audiology. Administrative support for academic and professional services staff is crucial to ensuring the delivery or our Degree Apprenticeships is of a high standard and leads to apprentices meeting key objectives and progressing towards End Point Assessments to complete their programmes.

You will liaise with apprentices, employers and internal key contacts to develop our student-focused service, ensuring accurate record keeping and facilitating apprentice progression through their programmes of study.
Educated to at least A level standard with relevant professional training, you will be highly customer-focused, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have experience of using a variety of data management systems, and working with multidisciplinary teams, ideally in an educational setting.
Informal enquiries can be made to Ben Clawson, Degree Apprenticeships Lead at [email protected]
Interviews are planned to take place in the week commencing 3rd July in Cambridge.
