About us

Berkeley Lettings & Management ltd is a high-end boutique agency based in London Victoria specialising in the acquisition, refurbishment, lettings and management of prestigious properties in Prime Central London, on behalf of international investment clients.

  • We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide support to all our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, answering phones and assisting the property manager when required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to provide an excellent standard of customer service to all Tenants, Landlord and Clients

Responsibilities:

  • Providing full administrative support and carrying out all administrative duties for the office INC hard copy and e-filing and utility handling.
  • Answering phonecalls and responding to emails.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Organise files and documents INC mail handling
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments INC following up with contractors and suppliers
  • Processing invoicing and making payments
  • Lettings viewings INC obtaining references and a license to sub-let
  • Carrying out property inspections
  • Salary Pro - Rata

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6-12 months
Part-time hours: 27 per week

Salary: £22,000.00 per year

  • Victoria: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
