Ohio-based upscale Aesthetic Medicine group is in need of a strong, experienced appointment setter. A TEAM PLAYER that will set as many appointments as possible and turn inbound leads into new clients/patients walking in the door!
Employment Type = Full-time ONLY (REMOTE*)
Compensation:
(*REAL Compensation - not selling a dream)
-(Guaranteed) Base Pay - $24k to 36k per/yr (based on experience)
-PLUS Bi-Weekly Bonuses w/ High Commission Upside. ($1500 low-end to $5000+ upper-end - *per month* - realistic commissions)

Our goal with this job posting is to build our team with an expert phone salesperson / appointment setter in order to handle a significant increase in demand for our services (too many inbound leads to handle).

This means our customers/patients are paying for exceptional five-star services and non-invasive results! Our owner and Medical Director, Rakesh Nanda MD, is a world-leading expert and authority in the Aesthetic Device Technology space. Dr Nanda speaks / educates his peers and fellow Physicians on these new leading-edge technologies at large symposiums across the nation and world.

WHAT IT IS... AND WHAT YOU WILL DO...
You will be calling on all new leads/inquiries and setting patients up for their initial consultation to help them reinvent their bodies with our leading-edge body sculpting treatments. AND/OR Reverse their aging skin in the face, neck, arms, and body. Our Laser Fat Reduction Procedure is FDA Cleared to permanently destroy fat AND our Microneedling RF procedure can yield life-changing results on the skin side.

Your List of Priorities Will Be. . .
- Taking all inbound calls for RF Micro-needling, Fat Removal and much more...
- (Outbound) Calling and booking free consultations for all lead "webform" submissions as they hit from our expert digital campaigns.
- When NOT doing 1 or 2 above. . . you will be outbound calling all the people you have not yet booked/scheduled -OR- you have not yet reached by phone. In other words, follow-up calls to "Not Contacted" leads AND unscheduled follow-up leads.
YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO MAKE 100+ CALLS PER DAY.... below is a breakdown of the inbound vs outbound and what you should expect:
INBOUND CALLS - Roughly 20% of your total calls will be inbound callers wanting info on pricing, what the laser procedure is, how the treatment works etc... Your job is to qualify them, answer their questions, get them excited about coming in for their free consultation and book them for an appointment.
OUTBOUND CALLS (to inbound marketing leads) - 80% of your calls will be outbound. You will be getting consultation request webforms hitting your email throughout the day. Some of these people will not book their appointment on the first call so this is where the follow-up outbound calls come into play. These leads / prospective patients need to be followed up with several times and we need to call as many times as it takes to get them in the door.
TO BE VERY CLEAR - YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE AS MANY FOLLOW-UP CALLS AND BOOK AS MANY APPOINTMENTS AS POSSIBLE. . . ALL-DAY LONG.
