Job description
We're looking for an Admin and Accounts assistant to join our team and assist with preparation and review of daily, weekly and monthly financial statements. We're seeking an incredibly organised individual who also has a passion for learning and is willing to constantly adopt new technologies. The individual must have a Degree in Accounting or an intention to start a career in this field and competent knowledge of Excel to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for entering data, creating spreadsheets and perform back office financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the financial director with month end duties
- Assist with audits and accounting activities.
- Assist the management team with financial analysis data.
- Track financial records and statistics, such as sales figures and expenses.
- Generate reports on financial statistics.
- Work with other department heads to ensure that the company's accounts are up to date at all times.
- Inputting sales orders
- Chasing suppliers for delivery schedules
- Answering incoming calls to the business
- Creating sales product codes
- Inputting purchase orders
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00 per year
