Here at IKEA Birmingham we are looking to welcome customer order pickers to our fantastic & ever-growing picking team.
Start date 24th of June 2023
WHAT WE OFFER
CONTRACT & AVAILABILITY
Various part-time contracts are available from 12hrs to 30hrs per week and will be discussed at interview. All our part time contracts will receive every 4th weekend off.
You could be scheduled for shifts between the hours of 5am and 22:30. there is an additional nightshift allowance of £2.25ph for hours worked between 22:00 till 6am.
Due to health and safety reasons candidates require to be over the age of 18yrs.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As part of the logistics team, you will work within the warehouse & the store. You will have the customers at heart. Your daily duties will be picking, checking click and collect orders, and preparing orders for delivery. You will also be required to meet the customer in the store during picking. You will work with our internal systems to ensure that customers have accurate and full stock availability at all times. We expect you to take responsibility to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your co-workers, and our customers. We are looking for someone who has good IT skills & a customer service mindset. You will have the ambition to grow within IKEA and to help develop others too.
