Our client is an Essex based contractor who focuses on the Residential & Hospitality sectors. They are looking to employ two experienced Architects or Architectural Technicians to join the growing team.
In uncertain times this company can boast a considerable order book having developed a devoted client base of property developers and investors who provided them with repeat work. As an agency, we have been instructed to build their architecture team. With three exceptionality talented architecture professionals recently joining the organisation via Tonic they are now ready to continue to strengthen.
You will be working on the reconstruction, renovation, and redecoration of both residential and hotel schemes in Central London. To be suitable for this role, you will need to be proficient in working on the detailing stages of high-end housing, office, or hotel schemes. Revit skills are essential for this opportunity.
