The legal team at Mind is at the forefront of challenging the injustices that people with mental health problems face in England in Wales. We are seeking law graduates (or equivalent) to join us in pursuing our priority areas as a Legal Assistant in supporting the mental health of young people, poverty and exclusion and challenging racism in the mental health system.
Our work is varied from conducting strategic litigation, parliamentary interventions, preparing information products and overseeing our legal helpline. We also intend to enter the Covid 19 Inquiry. You will support the lawyers in the team with this work.

This position is in line with current guidance, the post holders will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days (or more, depending on the arrangements of your team) but this role will retain some flexibility working from home (hybrid working).
