Receptionist and Administrator (12 month FTC)
Job Description
We are searching for a personable, organised and enthusiastic Receptionist to join an innovative, educational institution in Fulham. You will be the face of the hub, the first point of contact for all students and guests, in person and on the phone – first class customer service is a must.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international, passionate organisation, that seeks to inspire young students every day. Day to day, the successful candidate will be assisting with the management of the reception area, as well as involvement in general administrative tasks. You will ideally have previous experience in an educational environment, or have some hospitality experience.
Your duties include:
- Warm and friendly welcome to all guests
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Respond to a wide range enquiries
- Responding to student’s needs, directing to other member’s of staff as required
- Proof reading
- Upkeep of the reception area
- Diary management and meeting room bookings
- Maintaining positive, courteous relations with students, parents, and colleagues
The successful candidate should additionally possess high level ICT skills and adept at using spreadsheets, with the ability to cope well under pressure with a positive, can do attitude. If this sounds like you, apply today!
