Right now, we're on the lookout for Customer Service Assistants until the end of August 2023 to help create magical memories at Madame Tussauds London!
About the role
In this exciting role you may be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome, whether controlling external queue lines (so be prepared to work in all weather conditions) or answering any questions guests may have. You could also be ensuring the smooth running of our Spirit of London ride and Marvel 4D experience.
You could find yourself helping customers at any point throughout the attraction, ensuring our guests have the best immersive, interactive, and imaginative experience! You will have strong communication skills coupled with the ability to interact with our guests, plenty of enthusiasm and energy, and be a reliable team player.
We have part-time and full-time contracts available until the end of August 2023. Our attraction is open daily and so flexibility is needed as shifts will include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
If successful we will be holding a recruitment session on February 27th

- Have loads of experience working in a customer facing environment that puts the customer at the heart of everything
- Be flexible and highly self-motivated to remain focused in this fast paced and fun environment
- Be willing to work within strict health & safety procedures and be willing to undergo training
