Job description
The primary function is to provide general business/administrative support for the operational services department as part of the departments administration team. This is a large department supporting a wide-ranging portfolio of work; it is comprised of ~ 70 staff dispersed across RCE facilities at Chilton/Leeds/Glasgow.
Services provided from the department include general consultancy, professional and occupational level training, dental X-ray protection services, laboratory services, instrument testing, and PADC processing.
The department also has a key function under the RCE radiation emergency plan and the postholder would be expected to support associated activities.
