Secondment/Fixed Term Contract until October 2024

An opportunity has arisen within Property Services for an Administrative Support Assistant.

In this job role you will act as the first point of contact between staff of internal departments and external contractors. Your duties will be various and will involve dealing with reception, post room, financial tasks and report filing etc.

At times you will be required to attend meetings and take minutes.

You must have a good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills, and an NVQ Level 1 in Administration / Customer Services or proven experience in a similar environment. You will also be IT literate with experience in Word, Excel and Powerpoint with the ability to manipulate data from a variety of sources. It is essential that you have a proven ability to work as part of a team providing support and assistance as required along with the ability to communicate at all levels, both verbally and in writing, at all levels of the organisation.
