We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring that we consistently provide excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared to the highest quality and presented in a visually appealing manner
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and train staff to provide excellent service and meet departmental goals
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure that staff are trained to do the same
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for customers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
