Administration / Accounts Manager - Coleraine - Part Time

You will initially work alongside the teams at 3 branches to get to grips with the processes and interactions involved in working in this busy organisation. Duties will include:
- Accounting for all daily takings
- Produce monthly accounts on VT software which can be accessed by our accountants
- Process weekly & monthly payroll, including auto-enrolment and employee related benefits
- Produce quarterly VAT returns
- Liaise with HMRC and Accountants
- Provide administrative support, producing financial reports, business performance reports
- Manage and monitor all invoices on a monthly basis
- Monitor payments, direct debits and ensure payments are timely and accurate
Criteria:
- Excellent accountancy and administration skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role ie admin / accounts manager or equivalent
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Demonstrate a professional, confidential and friendly manner when dealing with colleagues and customers.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Strong IT skills, with a working knowledge of Excel and online payroll systems.
