YOUR LIFE AS A KITCHEN LINE COOK / FOOD PREP ASSISTANT This full- or part-time cooking position in food service works a flexible schedule. Shifts are available Monday to Saturday from: 8 AM - 4 PM 2 PM - 10:30 PM 4 PM - 10:30 PM As a Kitchen Line Cook / Food Prep Assistant with our hospitality team, you are responsible for ensuring our customers receive top-quality food service when dining at our restaurant. When customers place orders, you cook them to perfection by following recipe specifications and proper food safety guidelines. You also help prepare ingredients to make sure we have everything we need on hand to deliver quick service. If you aren't handling food items, you help clean and tidy up our kitchen by wiping down surfaces and appliances as well as ensuring our supplies are properly stored.
