Job description
Our client based in Nottingham NG2 are seeking an Assistant Administration Manager to oversee the areas administrators.
The successful candidate will be responsible for 3 other administrators across various other local sites.
Hours; Monday to Friday
8.30-17.00 / 8.00-16.30 / 9-17.30
The general day to day duties will involve;-
· Overseeing day to day roles of the other administrators
· Ensuring the site plans run smoothly
· Sorting system anomolies
· Data Analysis
· Compliance
· Support to the site supervisors and managers
To be considered candidates will need to have;-
· Supervisory or management experience
· Advanced excel skills
· Would suit a candidate used to a manufacturing or industrial environment
Immediate vacancy, minimum 18 month contract which could develop longer term.
