Executive Assistant
£55,000 – £65,000

We have taken on an exciting Executive Assistant role for a private equity firm based in vibrant offices in Mayfair. They have around 100 people in the London office and offices in Europe.
You will be joining an entrepreneurial and inclusive company who genuinely value their support staff! There is team a team of 15 support assistants within the London team, who enjoy working collaboratively with their peers in other offices.
THE ROLE:
They are looking for a EA to support a small team, including a Head and associates, with day-to-day operations.
- Complex diary management
- Meeting scheduling across time zones
- Managing internal travel
- Expense management
- Supporting ESG based projects
- General ad hoc support
The role is perfect for someone who has experience managing busy diaries and enjoys being a real team player. Being a ‘big picture’ thinker would be ideal for this role, as is proactiveness and enthusiastic about working to find solutions.
