Transport and Admin Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport and Admin Manager to join our team based in Dartford. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of our Customer Fulfilment Transport and Admin Manager:

  • Providing an exceptional customer experience that culminates in strong NPS and Trustpilot scores.
  • Ensuring the swift and satisfactory resolution of any complaints or queries and affect change to avoid a repeat occurrence.
  • Regularly reviewing the CSC traffic light system to ensure all levels of communication are directed to and addressed by the correct department.
  • Supporting the Transport Team Leader in delivering full compliance to the information recorded on Dispatch Track
  • Managing all supplier related activities and communications
  • Supporting the GM with people management practices as required i.e., recruitment, probation management, development, absence management and any disciplinary procedures, etc.
  • Ensuring the required training takes place whether on the job, via the LMS or through team attendance at company run programmes to maximise performance.
  • Ensuring your team obtain outstanding balance payments from all customers prior to delivery or checking for Interest Free Credit arrangements as applicable.
  • Completing all banking procedures accurately and in line with policy including reconciling delivery notes and check balances against receipts, petty cash controls
  • Support the transport fulfilment team leader in achieving the transport financials including van efficiencies, overtime, agency, and contractor spend
