Part-time 28 hours a week - Permanent
Term time only + 5 inset days
We are seeking to appoint a skilled School Administrator to join our office team from March 2023.
We are looking for a warm, friendly, energetic, organised and resilient professional to assist our Senior School Administrator with reception duties and day-to-day administration in a small but busy school office.
This role is varied one and will include reception duties, first aid duties (training will be given) and general office administration. Strong IT skills are essential.
Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but applications are invited from suitably experienced administrators, customer service professionals, office professionals or receptionists.
Shift Patten:
- Monday 8:00 to 13:00
- Tuesday 8:00 to 15:30
- Wednesday 8:00 to 13:00
- Thursday 8:00 to 15:30
- Friday 8:00 to 13:00
We are looking for administrators or customer service professionals who are:
- able to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for our pupils and families;
- able to be effective team players;
- able to use Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel and in-house management systems (such as SIMS/Arbor/ParentPay);
- able to set up and maintain record and filing systems
- lively and fun and able to communicate well with pupils, staff, parents and prospective parents;
- well organised, warm, professional, dedicated and hard-working.
