Job Title - Lettings Tenancy Progressor - 6 month FTC
Location - London
CBRE are searching for a new Lettings Tenancy Progressor to join our team in London.
The CBRE lettings department has seen some tremendous success over the years, and our goal is to become the first point of call in the South and South West London region.
The selected candidate will support our team of Negotiators with the end to end tenancy management process, whilst delivering excellent customer service to our clients. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a successful team, and become part of the world's largest Real Estate consultancy business.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Ensure all processes are followed and are compliant- Conduct all relevant checks, such as Right to Rent checks and Land Registry checks
- Market property on CBRE website and all portals
- Update and maintain admin checklist and update project tracker
- Send Tenancy Agreement, Check-in inventory and TDS certificate to all relevant parties
- Set up new suppliers and manage supplier invoices
Person requirements:
- Highly organised
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in a Lettings Agency
- Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks
