What You Will Do as a Security Manager.

The Security Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the security team, ensuring that all contractual manning requirements are administered and met on a daily/weekly basis. This is both an active and visible role requiring excellent customer relationships, supplier management and people management skills with the ability to influence people across a wide spectrum. You will have several officers under your responsibility so it will be necessary to exhibit leadership skills and promote a positive and approachable management style. Your goal as the Security Manager will be to create and preserve an environment where employees, visitors, company data and property are well protected, by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

• Management of a team of officers/supervisors

• Audit and compliance of site procedures

• Creation and delivery of training

• £40,000 to £42,000 per annum
• Full Time - 5 days a week, 0730 to 1630 and 0900 to 1800
