What can I expect from the role?
Our Sales team are vital in the process of acquiring and onboarding new property developers.
As the main point of contact your role will include:
· Providing quotations and working your pipeline thoroughly to generate sales
· Pursuing and liaising with developers where necessary
The role is fast paced with quick turnaround times for your clients which is instantly rewarding and allows you to begin earning commission right away!
You will receive fresh leads weekly (NO cold calling or ringing through uncontactable enquiries) and must possess the following skills to ensure you are successful in the role:
· Be well organised to maintain regular contact with your leads
· Be able to manage your time efficiently when dealing with multiple applications
· Be always confident and professional in your approach
Responsibilities:
·Outbound call centre sales management – Responsive, tactful, and professional communication with customers.
·Email management – Responsible for managing all email correspondence related to acquiring new developers, including but not limited to, scheduling, managing expectations and answering questions.
Required Skills:
·Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
·Strong problem solving skills with the ability to analyse problems and develop solutions.
·Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
·Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when necessary.
Sales Executive Benefits Package:

Salary: £25,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
