DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION
Wernink International are resourcing for an Administration Assistant to support our client with data entry following the transition to a new finance system. Flexible working hours and hybrid working available, office location Westhill, Aberdeen.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The main duties associated with the role, include but are not limited to -
- Enter data into the companies software system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review and verifying accuracy of data before entering it into the system
- Assist with data clean-ups and company projects.
- Keep the database, spreadsheets and files up to date
- Assist with generating reports when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with other data entry tasks and any other general administration when required.
CAPABILITY PROFILE; KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience gained in an office environment preferably.
- Good attention to detail.
- Proactive approach and ability to manage own workload and support other team members.
- Good Microsoft Office suite skills.
