Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will perform clerical and administrative duties. To be successful in this role, you should have high levels of attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines. Although the role is quite simple, we will happily provide all the training and guidance necessary. This position will also assist in data entry, and other duties as needed.
Essential Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Respond to customer queries via email
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist in preparation of reports
- General admin duties

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Good team player skills and are flexible and adaptable to change
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week
Salary: £17,500.00 per year
