Job description
Responsibilities:
- File and organize documents and records
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
- Enter orders and maintain accurate records
- Serve as a clerk to handle administrative tasks
- Transcribe notes and documents accurately
- Preparing delivery notes and invoices
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an office assistant or similar role is preferred, but not required
