Job description
To provide clerical support to the Medical Division, covering multiple Specialties, through a comprehensive administration service by ensuring clinical letters, results etc are filed/electronically scanned appropriately within an acceptable time scale and dispatched appropriately.
Being responsible for accurate and timely data entry on the Electronic Patient Record System (EPR), ensuring all patient records are accurate and up to date across the notes and the EPR Systems. To enter data onto a database for specific departments in the Medical Division and act as Receptionist when required.
