Ward 2D is a 24 bedded area dedicated to the care of acute medical patients.
You must be motivated with excellent communication skills. You will be required to work as part of the multidisciplinary team in the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate person centred care.
Drive, energy and enthusiasm along with a genuine interest in the area are required.
You must also have the ability to work unsupervised. You must have good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and a flexible approach are essential. Experience in a healthcare ward environment is essential.
The ability to work under pressure with a high turnover of patients is essential.
Hours: 34.5 per week (You must be flexible and able to work variable shift patterns to meet the needs of the service).
