Overview
Responsibilities
- Supporting Market Unit General Manager with administrative tasks and event scheduling.
- Processing a weekly payroll for 1 or 2 locations for frontline employees ( > 200 ), which involves:
- Validating accurate employee set-up in KRONOS & SAP
- Collecting documentation validating data entries in pay systems (Kronos & Sales Compensation)
- Weekly Audits of payroll & employee information for accuracy
- Weekly generation, analyzing, and distributing reporting for GM & Department Leader approval
- Adherence to all required Payroll Global Compliance & Control processes
- Collaborating with Peers & Leadership teams to build & improve New Employee Experiences through Orientation and Onboarding compliance within market requirements
- Accounts Payable Process Owner for Market Unit Permanent Merchandise & POS in multiple locations
- Partner with division leads to track, document and reconcile purchase financials completed in S4HANA each Period in compliance with company controls
- Collaborate with Leadership teams to support uniform ordering & tracking for frontline employees
- Comply with document retention records policy and data classification policies as it relates to payroll, purchasing or employee profile details
- Other administrative and customer support responsibilities as assigned to include task coverage for Peers in similar roles in the same or other locations
- Provide planning & execution support for company events, such as team meetings, retirement parties, and employee recognition opportunities
- Lead Process Owner – Telecom Services – including auditing, managing inventor, enforcing company policies and expectations surrounding company provided devices & equipment
- Primary back-up GEO cashiering, which includes maintaining multiple logs of cashiering activities, and retaining appropriate documentation to meet company controls
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience providing administrative process influence in similar industry
- Previous experience in payroll processing.
- Financial previous experience.
- High level of computer proficiency and ability to become proficient in multiple business applications
- Must be a strong team player and assist others when necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency
- Outstanding organization, time management, and follow-up skills
- Responsible and reliable
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Aptitude to work with minimal supervision – set goals, create and implement action plans, and monitor progress toward goals
