Kedan is a freight forwarding and logistics company based at the Port of Felixstowe. Kedan offers worldwide services for import, export and cross trade shipments via air, sea and road.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our busy team working from our Felixstowe office. This position is part time, 20 hours over 4 days or 25 hours over 5 days. 28 days holiday including bank holidays pro rata per annum.
Personal Profile:
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well alone and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Main Duties:
- Supporting the Operations & Accounts department with general administration.
- Answering and transferring calls.
- Digital and physical filing.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour
