Job description
Sandal Huddersfield is looking for a Business Manager.
Your role
The role will provide assistance and leadership in finance and insurance sales while coaching Sales Executives and Geniuses. Reporting to the Sales Manager and BMW Group, you will also be responsible for driving maximum profitability from your finance and insurance activities and ensuring FCA compliance at all times.
Your profile
Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be adaptable, flexible and be willing to learn within the scope of the role. The ideal candidate will preferably be an existing Business/F&I Manager with proven experience in the prestige motor industry or have been in a senior sales position within a prestige dealership/Retailer.
Proven experience of CDK Drive dealer software is an advantage.
