We are looking for an Administrator with a high degree of attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. This should include excellent written and spoken English. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years property sector experience ideally having worked in a fast moving lettings office. They should have excellent organisational skills and be able to multitask effectively and efficiently. They should work well under pressure and to very tight deadlines. They should also have a can do attitude and be able to communicate effectively with people both within the company and with our customers. They should have a calm, measured demeanour and not be flustered under pressure.

We are a growing company and are now looking to expand our support team. This is an amazing opportunity for a person who fits the above description. The position is office based in East London near City Hall in E16 postcode.

Job Responsibilities

  • Booking appointments in calendars for the team
  • Answering inbound web, email and phone call enquiries from potential customers
  • Liaising with customers to confirm appointments
  • Ensuring the team has relevant access details for appointments
  • Attending meetings on an ad hoc basis when required
  • Reviewing reports to ensure they are laid out correctly according to company standards.
  • Quality checking reports and photographs

You will be reporting to the Operations Manager and have a great opportunity to grow with the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
