£50,000 to £60,000, dependant on CV, plus fantastic bonus & excellent career progression

Based: Marylebone, central London

We looking for someone for a full time role to start as soon as possible to lead as Sales Manager at Urban Food Fest in London, an exciting, trendy and fun street food and events business. The role is suited to someone who is very dynamic, hands-on, creative and committed with previous experience in sales as well as leading a team. We are offering a salary between £50,000 to £60,000 depending on CV plus an excellent bonus and incentive package. The role gives great opportunities for career progression within the Company.

Urban Food Fest is a very innovative and contemporary street food and events company based in central London. Urban Food Fest is at the forefront of the latest trends in design, food and experiences. The team is comprised of passionate, dedicated and like-minded individuals who are encouraged to be open-minded and bring ideas to grow the business. Your role will include managing team members and growing the business, with ideas, innovations alongside sales.

The Urban Food Fest events team has created events for global brands including Apple, Manchester United, Nike, De Beers, Warner Bros, Sony, Samsung, Tate and Lyle, Superman actor Henry Cavill, Innocent Smoothies, EBay, Unilever, BMW, Adidas, Lexus, River Island, Peroni, Volkswagen, UBS, Accenture, GAP and Superdry.

Urban Food Fest was founded by City lawyer and investment banking duo Jessica and Mike. Urban Food Fest flagship is famous for its street food night markets which features street food trucks and stalls, bars, vintage furniture seating areas and live music. The markets have received first class national and international reviews, with features in Time Out, Vogue, Elle, Esquire, Daily Telegraph, Evening Standard, City AM, Shortlist and The New York Times.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be creative and dynamic in a role. The role will be wide ranging in scope and see you manage both the day to day sales and business development of the business, as well as the strategic development of the Company, to ensure quality and that efficiency targets are met.

The role includes:

  • Hands on day-to-day sales
  • Pushing sales targets
  • Strategically developing sales within the business
  • Managing a sales team
  • Liaising with a dynamic and passionate team on planning and business sales
  • Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing partners and clients
  • Forward thinking and future planning of the business
  • Positively influence others in the business
  • Assume responsibility for change projects and coordinating plans
