About us
We are a remote Educational Psychology Service for schools who have children waiting for an assessment of SEN. We complete on-line, one-on-one assessments that highlight exactly what teachers and families can do to support children’s learning. We get things done efficiently.
We are a young company with a small but growing team. We are based in the North East of England and have associates working remotely throughout the country.
About you
As our new part time administration assistant you will be part of our core team. You will often be the first point of contact for us, via email or telephone, so it is important that you are efficient, professional and friendly. You must be able to work with sensitive and confidential information, manage diaries and perform data entry and retrieval tasks. Whilst we have administrative systems in place, you will also work in collaboration with the core team to help improve these so that we can continue to grow as an organisation.
About the role
- £20,922.00 - £21,974.00 pa*
- Part time- 25 hours per week
- Term time only
- Flexible working hours
- Hybrid (North East based)
- 3-6 in person meetings per year
Main Responsibilities
- Supporting the preparation of reports
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Managing digital diaries and appointments
- Dealing with telephone and email queries
- Data entry, retrieval and storage
Qualifications and experience
- Relevant administrative qualification (NVQ level 3 or above)
- 5 GCSEs A-C or equivalent, including English and Maths
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least one year of experience of working in an administrative role
- Experience of working in a busy office environment and balancing competing demands, ideally in a school office
- Experience in organising diaries and arranging meetings
- Strong IT skills, preferably with proficiency in the following: GSuite/Google Workspace, GMail, Google Chrome, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Calendar, Jotform, Monday.com, Zoom, Calendly

Additional information
*£20,922.00 - £21,974.00 pa is the Full Time Equivalent salary for this role at 37 hours per week. The agreed salary will be subject to a pro-rata calculation to reflect that the role is Term Time Only and Part-Time.
